Refund and Returns Policy

The Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll find value in The Calm ADHD Blueprint. That’s why we offer a conditional refund guarantee.

If, after completing the entire program in good faith, you feel that The Calm ADHD Blueprint has not provided value, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.

Please note: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, accidental or incorrect purchases, or where course materials have only been downloaded, accessed, or partially viewed without genuine participation.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must provide proof of purchase of The Calm ADHD Blueprint from Fiona Braddock.

  2. You must have had active access to the program for at least 24 hours.

  3. You must demonstrate completion of the entire program, verifiable by Fiona Braddock (this includes all lessons, exercises, and activities as applicable).

  4. Refunds will not be granted if course materials have merely been accessed, viewed, or downloaded without genuine participation or completion. Simply downloading or skimming the content does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

  5. A refund claim must be lodged within 14 days of purchase. For example, if you purchased on 1 March 2024, the last day to lodge a valid refund request would be 14 March 2024. Claims received after this period will not be considered.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request in writing via the official support email address provided at the time of purchase.

  • Provide your full name, email used for purchase, and proof of payment.

  • Provide a summary of your course experience and evidence of full completion (e.g., screenshots of module completion, quiz results, or task submissions).

Incomplete or vague refund requests will not be considered valid.

Exclusions & Misuse

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • There is evidence of account sharing (multiple logins from different IP addresses).

  • Access has been revoked due to breach of the Terms of Use.

  • There is evidence of tampering, fraudulent behaviour, or misuse of the materials.

Assessment Period

  • Refund requests will only be assessed after a minimum of 7 days of active participation.

  • Requests where less than 50% of the course has been completed will automatically be deemed ineligible.

Final Discretion

  • Fiona Braddock retains absolute discretion in determining refund validity.

  • Refund claims will be assessed within 60 days of submission.

  • If a claim is approved, payment will be processed within 30 calendar days via electronic funds transfer.
  • Decisions are final and binding.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as a condition of sale.

Miscellaneous

  1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

  2. All currency references are in US dollars.

  3. Failure by Fiona Braddock to enforce any of her rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
